A little about me
My name is Olga. I’m a licensed tour guide in St.-Petersburg. I graduated from St.-Petersburg State University as a teacher of English, but eventually I chose to become a tour guide, since I love my city and find it interesting to show around to people from all around the world. In 2008 I completed the guide-training courses, obtained all the necessary licenses allowing guiding in the museums of St.-Petersburg and started working. In my free time I enjoy travelling, reading books, going to theaters and do sports.
I was born in St.-Petersburg and grew admiring its magnificent squares, buildings, palaces as well as the city’s unique history. The city has a lot to offer and I’m willing to share my knowledge with you. I conduct my tours in a friendly and entertaining way, so you will not only learn a lot about amazing and controversial history of St-Petersburg, but also about city’s atmosphere, our daily life through the eyes of a local.
My goal is to introduce our magnificent city and make all the history and art come to life.
As I have been working as a tour guide with both individual visitors and big groups since 2008 I learned to be flexible and can tailor the program to anyone’s needs and preferences. Also, I’m certified to lead tours in almost all of the city’s museums including the palaces-museums in the suburbs of St.-Petersburg.
Feel free to contact me and I will be delighted to offer the tour for you that best suits your requirements and expectations.
